Talk to a Lawyer or Notary
After you find a mortgage broker or lender, they will ask you for the name of the lawyer or notary that you will be using in your transaction. They can then forward all your documents directly for you. Your lawyer or notary will handle the registration of title and all the adjustments concerning financing, down payments, property taxes, property transfer tax, etc. Basically all matters concerning the actual transfer of the property.
